What do you feel when you contemplate you dream life? Does it feel happy? Joyous? Or is there a feeling of resistance in the body? Sometimes doubt runs very deep. So a useful exercise is to frequently contemplate the vision of the life you want, while paying attention to the feelings it invokes, both emotional and physical. If there are negative feelings, you know what you need to do.

If you haven’t yet, today would be a great day to have an honest look at yourself. What is the one( or top three) negative emotion/thought/ etc, that, if you cleared it right now, would change the quality and the direction of your life? Have it? Ok, so what are we waiting for, let’s clear it out!
YOU are an expression of the Divine, and that means you don’t have to worry about using your”own power” and not feeling capable. Power rushes through you, allow it to. Clear all the ways you feel resistance, clear all the ways you feel doubt. YOU are a beautiful unfolding.

As I was driving the other day, this song came on. As it got to the refrain, “….winners and losers are two of a kind…”, I saw a homeless man waving to passing cars. As I looked, I also noticed a man wearing a suit and carrying a briefcase walking along. I paused and thought,”What is the difference that makes the difference?”. Truly, winners and losers ARE two of a kind, they are both the product of their predominant thoughts. I am not saying this to lack compassion, but ultimately, this must be the answer. It is absolutely critical to gain the ability to clear negative thoughts and emotions, BEFORE the set a cause in motion. And the homeless man? I remember his face, as he SMILED to all he waved to. That posed another question….what does it REALLY mean to be a “winner”? That is a contemplation for another day…..

Pay attention to your body. Sensations you feel are telling you what you are thinking. If the feelings in the body are not pleasant, change your focus immediately to something else, or enter into gratitude for things around you. OR you can tap on those sensation, if you are familiar with EFT/Tapping. I often call that the “Body Shortcut.” Since the mind and body are connecting in a cybernetic loop, by taping on the physical feeling, you can clear the background thought generating it, no words are necessary at all during the tapping sequence when doing this. …see?
